Pattoki Wedding Incident, 13 suspects person arrested for beating poor papad seller to death (Muhammad Ashraf))
LAHORE – Police have arrested thirteen suspected persons for the murder of a poor papad seller at the wedding ceremony of Pattoki. As of the FIR of the incident, poor papad seller Muhammad Ashraf has an argument with some of the guests at the wedding function in Pattoki. The poor vendor was dragged and beaten up inside the marriage hall and died at the spot.
A short video clip went viral, in which it was shown that body was laying on the floor and peoples was enjoying the meal. After this video clip that news came into the limelight. The video went viral on different social media, some peoples were condoling and feeling sad. Due to the callousness of wedding guests, a raised the anger of the public.
Pattoki DSP named “Asif Hanif” revealed that 13 suspects have been arrested and being interrogated. Rao Sardar Ali Khan (Punjab Police Inspector) took notice f the incident and directed Kasur District Police officer named “Sohaib Ashraf” to arrest the culprits.
After getting viral the footage of the incident Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar took notice of the horrible incident as well. CM directed the Punjab police to take strict action against those involved.
